Description
A faithful recreation of a minimalist fashion-label homepage, rebuilt to study restraint: how much a page can say with a single full-bleed image, generous whitespace, and one confident typographic statement. The signature wordmark leans art-deco, the photography carries the mood, and the collection grid does the selling. Beyond the homepage, the supporting pages (signature, about, cart, checkout) are scaffolded so the experience reads as a complete label rather than a one-off screen.
Key Features
-
Full-Bleed Hero: An edge-to-edge photographic hero with a quiet caption that sets the tone before any copy is read.
-
Signature Collection Grid: A composed product grid that frames the collection as editorial, not catalogue.
-
Art-Deco Wordmark: A refined logotype and type system that carries the brand across pages.
-
Commerce Scaffolding: About, signature, cart, and checkout pages built out to complete the journey.
Technologies Used
-
Front-End: Hand-written HTML and CSS, no framework, with layout driven by modern CSS.
-
Craft: A focus on typography, rhythm, and full-bleed imagery to match the editorial reference.
